Multiplier to transfer Multi-Sig Admin Keys to Community

As we move towards achieving full decentralization for the MCL launch, Multiplier will start implementing Multi-Sig authorization for the admin keys of MXX and the upcoming bMXX.
It is our intention to enable the community to own majority of 7 Multi-Sig keys.
We are currently conducting a nomination exercise for community members to recommend suitable candidates (including themselves) to act as co-signatories.
